Meet Your Host, Kim Wolinski, MSW

Kim Wolinski Formulas for FreedomAn expert in stress, time and life management, Kim has worked with thousands of people through live presentations, online programs, as a Priority Coach and a radio talk show host and guest. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work and is an international speaker, a mental health professional, professional organizer and an author who is known and respected for her profound yet down-to-earth life changing programs. She has dedicated nearly 40 years focusing on helping people in and through transition and stuck places to transform their lives for the better; educating and guiding people in cutting through life’s clutter – on every level – to bring clarity and peace to daily life. Her practical methods and engaging, witty approach to even the toughest topics are well received by audiences again and again.

As a Priority Coach, Kim works by phone with clients to help them move past and through blocks and stuck places in life. Radio Show Guest – Kim has been honored to be called upon to share her tips and tools for a better life as a guest and guest host on many radio programs nationally.

Kim has been “Dr. DeClutter” professional organizer since 2000, teaching simple, easy to follow guides to get and stay organized in any area of life, while helping people hands-on at home and office do the job as well.

Kim is also a Thyroid Health Advocate due to having hypothyroidism most of her life and diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease in 2010. She understands what it’s like to lose one’s zest and care for life, suffer from brain fog, depression, confusion, physical challenges, and pain. She is Hashimoto’s free now and glad to share the plan to get your life back. She authored her book of that title including helpful forms and diet that has helped many around the world “get their lives back”.

Kim has written articles and has been published in numerous national and international publications. In addition to being a guest writer, she is a self-published author of practical guides to move from stress to steady, and stuck to freedom in all areas of life.
